A Tent can help set a mood and elegance that cannot be matched in any other way. This is not the end though. Tent decorations, lighting (chandeliers, perimeter lights, freestanding lights, colored lighting), tent liners, leg drapes, dance floors, tables, chairs, chair covers, linens, bar, cathedral windows, plants, trees, etc all combine to set the mood and ambiance of creating your room.
Remember, no two functions are alike. Each event deserves to be looked at individually so that the proper size and layout can be determined based on your personal needs and preferences.
Planning and paying close attention to details will make your wedding, garden party, themed event, or backyard event (such as a graduation party, birthday or anniversary party, holiday get-together, etc) one that your guests will talk about for a long time. Be sure to check with your caterer, band or DJ for any special needs.

-
Try to have a basic plan as to the most logical place to install your tent. Think of flow of traffic of guests and catering needs. Your installer will help you with any concerns and can offer suggestions.
-
Where are those power lines? Underground and overhead utilities are very important to locate when erecting a tent. If this is a concern, check with your utility company.
When are tents usually installed and removed for an event?
-
If your event is on a Saturday, your installer may wish to install the tent on Wednesday or Thursday, depending upon the time your event begins and the installer's workload.
