Most companies have linen table skirts 14 ft long by 29". However, some rental companies may stock 13 ft x 29" skirts.
Linen table skirts are available in many colors (ask your rental company or caterer what colors they have available).
7 ft skirts are available from some rental companies for use when you don't need another complete 14 ft skirt.
When skirting round tables other than those listed below, use the formula provided.
For skirting banquet (or oblong tables), measure the perimeter and add 6" for proper length.
For proper hanging of skirts, they should be 1" shorter than the height of the table.
Skirting Round Tables To calculate the skirting needed for your round table, use the following formula: Multiply the table size by 3.1416 to get the circumference of the table Divide the circumference by 12 for total footage needed Example: 48" round table = 48 x 3.1416 = 150.80 divided by 12 = 12.56 or (1) - 14 ft skirt
Skirting needed to skirt the following size round tables: 4 ft (48") round table - 13 ft of skirting 5 ft (60") round table - 16 ft of skirting 6 ft (72") round table - 19 ft of skirting
Skirting Banquet Tables Standard banquet tables are 30" wide and 30" high. 6 ft banquet table - 14 ft skirt - will skirt the front and both sides and wrap around the back of the table 1.5 ft on each end
8 ft banquet table - 14 ft skirt - will skirt the front and both sides and wrap around the back of the table 6"
Buffet Tables - skirted all around For skirting buffet tables all around, add the length of the tables plus 2.5 ft for each end. Example: 3 - 8 ft tables together = 3x8 or 24 ft each side = 48 ft + 2.5 ft each end for a total of 53 ft of skirting divided by 14 ft/skirt = 3.78 skirt or 4 skirts You will also want to overlap the skirts about 3".
