Gently whisk Amaretto and sour cream together in a medium bowl. Stir in pudding mix. Gently stir in cool whip, and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Grand Marnier Fruit Dip 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding mix 1 1/2 cups milk 1 large Grand Marnier Liqeuer 1 Tblsp grated orange peel
Combine milk, pudding, liqueur and orange peel in a bowl and beat for 2 minutes. Fold into cool ship. Chill for several hours or overnight.
Kahlua Fruit Dip 1 cup whipping cream, whipped, or 1 container cool whip 1 cup light brown sugar 1 cup sour cream 8 Tblsp Kahlua 1 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients and chill several hours.
Walnut-Rum Dip 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 1/4 cup light rum 2 Tblsp red raspberry syrup 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts dash cayenne 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Mix mayonnaise, rum, raspberry syrup, walnuts and cayenne well. Fold into the whipped cream. Pile into serving dish. Sprinkle with additional nuts. Makes 2 3/4 cups.
Chocolate Dip 8 oz milk chocolate 1/2 cup whipping cream Hazelnut-flavored liqueur
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Cool until tepid. Blend in whipping cream and liqueur. Mix well. Serve. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Bittersweet Chocolate Dip 3 Tblsp heavy cream 6 oz bittersweet chocolate 3 Tblsp Grand Marnier
Put all ingredients in top of double boiler and melt over simmering water, stirring occasionally. Put sauce in ceramic dish. Dip fresh fruit & strawberries.
Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce 2/3 cups evaporated milk 2 cups granulated sugar 1/4 cup butter, room temperature 1 Tblsp Grand Marnier 8 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
In the top of a double boiler, melt the chocolate over simmering water. Stir until smooth. Add the milk and sugar and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and blended. Remove from heat and stir in the butter and Grand Marnier. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Dip strawberries and fruits. Can also be used for ice cream.
Combine sugar and evaporated milk in top of double boiler over simmering water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. When sugar is dissolved, add the butter and chocolate and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add the coffee liqueur. Makes 2 cups.
White Chocolate Fondue 6 squares white chocolate 3 Tblsp whipping cream 2 Tblsp orange liqueur
Combine chocolate and cream in double boiler over simmering water and stir until mixture is creamy and chocolate is melted. Mix thoroughly. Stir in orange liqueur. Transfer to a serving dish or fondue pot. Serve with fresh fruit.
